Terms of Service

We're glad you're here. Thank you for accessing and using our online service and web site (collectively the "Service"). The following terms and conditions (the "Agreement") constitute an agreement between BeautyMnl ("BeautyMnl", "we", "us" or "our") and you ("you", "your" or "User").
By using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the Agreement. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with the Agreement, please do not access or use the Service.

The Service provides a marketing platform in the World Wide Web of the Internet where third party merchants or retailers ("Merchants") can offer products ("Products") to and transact with the Users of the Service, wherein BeautyMnl facilitates payments in behalf of the Merchants and provides all relevant services required to fulfill the order requests of Users.

"BeautyMnl", "we", "us" or "our" refers to Taste Central Curators Inc., with registered address at Unit 1508 Cityland 10 Tower 2, 154 H.V. Dela Costa Street, Makati City 1227, and contact number (632) 88432977.

We may modify the terms and conditions from time to time, as we deem necessary. Please check back periodically to review the changes.

Your continued use of the Service following such modifications shall signify your acceptance of the modified Agreement. If you do not agree with the modified Agreement, you may not access or use the Service.

The access and use of the Service by any minor under the age of 13 is prohibited. The Service is not available to Users suspended or removed from the system by BeautyMnl.

To gain access and use some portions and features of the Service, you will need to register as a member. Registering as a member requires you to expressly signify your acceptance of the Agreement.

You are required to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current and complete. If you furnish information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete (or becomes untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete) or if BeautyMnl suspects that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete), BeautyMnl reserves the right to suspend or terminate your membership.

You are responsible for maintaing the confidentiality of your account and password, and for restricting access to your account. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify BeautyMnl immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or breach of security.

You shall not use your BeautyMnl membership for any purpose competitive to BeautyMnl.

Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order will be perfected upon completion of the packing of your order. Completion of the contract between you and BeautyMnl will be perfected when we dispatch the goods to you at which time you will receive a second email containing your tracking number, and confirming that your order has been dispatched.

BeautyMnl reserves the right not to accept your order in the event that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards.

Further, we may refuse to process an order at any time for any reason at our sole discretion.

BeautyMnl reserves the right to immediately terminate the customer's use of BeautyMnl platforms, applications, and services, and/or temporarily or permanently disable the customer's account, and/or bar any future access to the same, at BeautyMnl's sole discretion.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, we may take such actions if we have reason to believe that the customer has violated, or intends to violate, applicable laws or regulations or any of our policies, terms and conditions, or acts or intends to act in a manner that would cause or tends to cause loss, damage or injury to BeautyMnl, our staff, our third party providers or other customers, or if we have received an order, directive or similar instruction from a court or government instrumentality or agency. This includes (but is not limited to) situations where, in BeautyMnl's assessment, the customer:

  1. Frequently cancels or rejects packages, or requests returns, exchanges, refunds, or chargebacks, without any justifiable basis;
  2. Treats our staff, third party providers, or other customers, in a discourteous or disrespectful manner, or in a manner that is threatening, abusive, harassing, alarming, distressing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;
  3. Uses or permits his or her account to be used for fraudulent transactions such as stolen credit cards or promo codes;
  4. Opens and/or operates multiple accounts and uses these for any activity that is contrary to laws, regulations, or our policies, terms and conditions;
  5. Impersonates another person or entity, or otherwise misrepresents his or her affiliation with a person or entity;
  6. Furnishes information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete (or, where customer's information has become untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, and customer fails or refuses to update the same);
  7. Collects or attempts to collect any information about other customers, or violates the privacy of other customers;
  8. Attempts to gain unauthorized access to or otherwise interferes or disrupts our platforms or services, or interferes or attempts to interfere with another customer's use and enjoyment of our platforms or services;
  9. Attempts to decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or hack our platforms or services, or to defeat, compromise or overcome any encryption technology or security measures that we have put in place;
  10. Takes any action or engages in any conduct that could directly or indirectly damage, disable, overburden, or impair our platforms or services, including the use of any "deep-link," "page-scrape," "robots," "spiders," "offline readers," or any other automated system, program, algorithm or methodology, or any similar or equivalent manual process, to access our services or platforms in a manner that sends more request messages to BeautyMnl servers than a human can reasonably produce in the same period of time by using a conventional on-line web browser; or
  11. Infringes the rights of BeautyMnl, including any of our intellectual property rights, such as by reproducing, distributing, selling, licensing, renting, modifying, transmitting, publishing, adapting, editing or creating derivative works from any of the content and materials published on our platforms.

The measures mentioned above are without prejudice and are in addition to any rights or remedies we may have under our Terms of Service, in law or in equity. BeautyMnl reserves the right to report any activities that we believe to be unlawful or illegal to the appropriate authorities. BeautyMnl's failure or delay in using or enforcing any of the above measures shall in no way constitute a waiver of our rights. Furthermore, BeautyMnl shall not incur any liability for any measures taken even if it is later determined that customer did not commit any violation or did not undertake any of the prohibited activities, or even if the order, directive or instruction issued by the court or government agency or instrumentality was subsequently overturned.

We operate on a first-come, first-served basis policy. Therefore, items in stock may currently appear on your Cart but can be purchased by another customer who was first able to complete the check-out and payment procedures. However, any stock from cancelled orders go back to the Site the next day and may be purchased by you or any other customer subject to the completion of our check-out and payment procedures.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email. Your receipt of an Order Acknowledgement email does not mean BeautyMnl's acceptance of your order. We are simply acknowledging that we have received your order.

BeautyMnl may, in its sole discretion, choose to accept or decline your order for any reason. This may happen, for example, when the item you wish to purchase is out of stock or has been damaged; we suspect the request is fraudulent or in any other circumstance BeautyMnl deems appropriate. For orders that were not processed or canceled, BeautyMnl will either not charge you, or refund you the total billed amount. The preceding actions shall be applied to the rightful person(s) in cases of fraud.

BeautyMnl takes extra measures to provide you with accurate information on products we offer on the web site. BeautyMnl does not guarantee, however, that the information is error-free, current, complete or reliable.

Inventory levels fluctuate from day-to-day. In rare cases, you may have been able to place an order online for a product portrayed as having stock, but once we attempt to process find out that the product is sold out. In cases like these, we will notify you via email.

We try to display the colors of products as accurately as possible on the web site. We cannot guarantee, however, that your computer monitor's display of colors will be true to life.

All prices posted on the web site are inclusive of government-imposed taxes. BeautyMnl tries to advertise the most accurate and up-to-date pricing information on the products offered on the web site. We cannot, however, warrant against pricing error. If you have placed an order for a product whose price was posted incorrectly, we will either not process or cancel your order. Should this happen, we will notify you via email.

BeautyMnl aims to deliver your orders within the next day for all Metro Manila locations and 3-5 business days Nationwide after every successful payment.

Our delivery schedule runs from Mondays to Fridays. Please remember that we do not deliver Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.

We offer a standard shipping option. Your orders will be delivered to your specified shipping address for a fixed delivery charge of only P50 for Metro Manila locations and P150 for the rest of the Philippines.

BeautyMnl delivers Nationwide. Any order request with a shipping address located outside of the Philippines will not be fulfilled.

BeautyMnl ships to office addresses too. We will aim to deliver orders for shipping to office addresses from Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm.

Once your order has been packed and prepared, you will receive a Shipment Notification email to let you know that your package is about to leave our warehouse, indicating the estimated arrival date of your package. For Cash-on-Delivery (COD), you will receive an email with instructions containing pertinent details (e.g. AM/PM schedule, exact amount to be paid, delivery address).

If you are not available to personally receive your package, you may designate an authorized representative in the Checkout page.

When order is received, the recipient is required to sign the Delivery Receipt acknowledging that the items were received in good condition.

We reserve the right to request the recipient to furnish a government-issued ID to validate their identity before releasing the order.

If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by BeautyMnl.

Any guarantees made as to delivery times are subject to delays resulting from unforeseen events or force majeure.

BeautyMnl holds promotions, rewards programs and other incentivizing mechanisms, as we see fit. These promotions are not held on a regular or permanent basis, and are not always made available for all Users to participate in.

BeautyMnl reserves the right to modify or terminate our promotions at any time.

The Service and every material and proprietary information therein, including but without limitation to, software, designs, images, photographs, text, graphics, illustrations, logos, patents, copyrights, trademarks, service marks, audio, video, music and all other intellectual property rights related thereto, including all code in the web site (collectively "BeautyMnl Content"), is the exclusive property of BeautyMnl or used with express permission of the copyright and trademark owners.

Use of BeautyMnl Content for any purpose not expressly permitted by this Agreement is strictly prohibited.You agree not to reproduce, distribute, sell, license, rent, modify, transmit, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works from BeautyMnl Content and all materials accessible on the Service. Violation of this policy may result in civil and/or criminal penalties.

You agree not to use any "deep-link," "page-scrape," "robots," "spiders," "offline readers," or any other automated system, program, algorithm or methodology, or any similar or equivalent manual process, to access the Service in a manner that sends more request messages to BeautyMnl servers than a human can reasonably produce in the same period of time by using a conventional on-line web browser.

You agree not to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the web site or any network connected to the site, nor breach the security or authentication measures on the web site or any network connected to the web site.

You agree not to attempt to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security or decipher any transmissions to or from the BeautyMnl servers.

You agree not to engage in decompiling, reverse engineering, or otherwise attempting to obtain the source code of the Service.

You agree not to take action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure.

The Service, BeautyMnl Content, and any product you purchase through the Service are delivered on an "as-is," "as available," and "with all faults" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim any and all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of satisfactory quality, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

BeautyMnl does not warrant the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, that any defects will be corrected, or that the Service or the servers that make the site available will always be free of viruses or other harmful components.

You agree that in no event shall BeautyMnl, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers be liable to you for any direct, indirect, special, consequential, economic, exemplary, incidental, or punitive damages, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or directly or indirectly related to:

- The Agreement - The Service, including the BeautyMnl web site and any other web site or resource you access through a link from the BeautyMnl web site - The products made available or purchased through the Service, including any damages or injury arising from any use of such products - The use of or inability to use the Service or any other information access through the Service - or performance of any third party products or services - The legality, accuracy, reliability, quality or authenticity of BeautyMnl Content, advertisements, services or products provided by any party through the Site

Under no circumstances shall BeautyMnl be responsible for any damage, loss or injury resulting from hacking, tampering or other unauthorized access or use of the Service or your accounts.

BeautyMnl's liability to you for direct damages for any claim related to any of the foregoing shall in no event exceed the amount which you have paid to BeautyMnl in conjunction with the product under which such claim first arose.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless BeautyMnl, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, from and against any and all fines, penalties, claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorneys' and experts' fees) arising out of (1) your use and access of the Service (2) any product you purchase from the Service (3) your violation of any term in this Agreement (4) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any right of privacy or intellectual property right (5) fraud you commit, or your intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

Any dispute arising from or relating to the Agreement, including any question regarding its existence, validity of termination, shall finally be settled by arbitration in Makati City, Philippines using the English language. Any arbitration award shall be final and binding upon the parties, shall be the exclusive remedy between the parties and may be enforced by judgment of a competent court having jurisdiction.

When you use or access the Service or send emails to BeautyMnl, you are communicating with BeautyMnl electronically. You consent to receive electronically any communications related to your use of the Service. BeautyMnl will communicate with you by email or by providing notifications on the web site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that are provided to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. All notices from BeautyMnl intended for receipt by a customer shall be deemed delivered and effective when sent to the email address you provide on BeautyMnl.

This Agreement shall constitute the entire agreement between you and BeautyMnl concerning the Service. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this Agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect.

VIP Club Program Terms

The BeautyMnl VIP Club (the "Program") is a rewards program offered by Taste Central Curators Inc. ("BeautyMnl" or "we") to eligible Members (as defined below).

Participation in the Program is subject to these terms and conditions, and the general terms and conditions applicable to BeautyMnl customers, as stated in the BeautyMnl website and/or the BeautyMnl App, which are incorporated herein by reference and deemed an integral part hereof (collectively, the "Program Terms").

Definition of Terms

"BeautyMnl website" means www.beautymnl.com.ph

"BeautyMnl App" means the online application of BeautyMnl.

"Earning Period" shall mean the rolling 12-month period within which a Member's total Spend is tracked (unless otherwise shortened under the terms provided below).

"Glow Points" shall mean points that are awarded to a Member for every Spend on the BeautyMnl website or BeautyMnl App, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and rates specified below.

"Member" shall mean a person who meets the eligibility requirements stated below, and who has made a purchase from the BeautyMnl website or BeautyMnl App on or after the launch of the Program.

"Spend" means the Philippine peso amount of a Member's Valid Transactions on the BeautyMnl website and/or BeautyMnl App. For avoidance of doubt, (i) this refers to the final item price of the Valid Transaction, and excludes non-item payments such as taxes, delivery charges, and the like, (ii) for discounted items, the Spend will be based on the discounted price of the items, and (iii) no Spends shall be counted for free, sample, and promotional items.

"Valid Transaction" refers to a bona fide order coursed by a Member through the BeautyMnl website or BeautyMnl App, where payment has been duly received by BeautyMnl, and the item subject of the order has been delivered to and accepted by the Member.


Eligibility and General Membership Rules

A person shall be eligible for membership in the Program if the person is: (a) a Philippine resident, (b) at least 18 years of age, and (c) has opened and maintains a BeautyMnl account in good standing. A person who fails to meet all of these qualifications is not eligible to participate in the Program. A Member may only have one Program account and may not share memberships or have multiple memberships. During the initial phases of the Program, BeautyMnl may make the Program available on a rolling or staggered basis such that not all individuals will become eligible for the Program at the same time. By participating in this Program the Member agrees to these Program Terms. If you do not agree to these Program Terms, do not participate in the Program.


Program Levels

The Program offers three membership levels: Gold, Platinum, and Diamond.

Gold tier icon
Gold

This is the default membership level for all Members.

Earning Period. The Earning Period of a Gold Member begins when the Member makes the first purchase on the BeautyMnl website or BeautyMnl App after the launch of the Program, and ends 12 months thereafter (unless otherwise shortened, as set out below).

Upgrading to a Higher Tier. If, at anytime within the Earning Period, the Gold Member's total Spend reaches at least:

(a) ₱10,000.00, then the Gold Member will be upgraded to a Platinum Member; or

(b) ₱25,000.00, then the Gold Member will be upgraded to a Diamond Member.

Once the Gold Member upgrades to a higher tier, (i) the current Earning Period will cease and a new Earning Period will begin, and (ii) the total Spend will be reset to zero, except that any Spend in excess of ₱10,000.00 during the Earning Period shall be carried over to the immediately succeeding Earning Period.

Maintaining Gold Membership. If, at the end of the Earning Period, the Gold Member's total Spend is less than ₱10,000.00, then the Gold Member remains in the Gold tier. The total Spend will be reset to zero and a new Earning Period will begin.

Platinum tier icon
Platinum

This refers to Members who have upgraded to Platinum status by reaching a total Spend of at least ₱10,000.00 during the immediately preceding Earning Period.

Earning Period. The Earning Period of a Platinum Member begins on the date that the Member receives an official notice from BeautyMnl that the Member has been upgraded to Platinum status, and ends 12 months thereafter (unless otherwise shortened as set out below).

Upgrading to a Higher Membership. If the Platinum Member's total Spend reaches at least ₱15,000.00 at anytime within the Earning Period, then the Platinum Member will be upgraded to a Diamond Member.

Once the Platinum Member is upgraded to a Diamond Member, (i) the current Earning Period will cease and a new Earning Period will begin, and (ii) the total Spends will be reset to zero, except that any Spends in excess of the ₱15,000.00 during the Earning Period shall be carried over to the immediately succeeding Earning Period.

Maintaining Platinum Membership. If, at the end of the Earning Period, the Platinum Member's total Spend is at least ₱10,000.00, but less than ₱15,000.00, then the Platinum Member remains in the Platinum tier, and a new Earning Period shall begin. The total Spend shall be reset to zero, except that any Spend in excess of ₱10,000.00 during the Earning Period shall be carried over to the immediately succeeding Earning Period.

Downgrading to Gold Membership. If, at the end of the Earning Period, the Platinum Member's total Spend is less than ₱10,000.00, then the Platinum Member will be downgraded to the Gold tier. The total Spends will be reset to zero, and a new Earning Period will begin.

Diamond tier icon
Diamond

This refers to Members who have upgraded to Diamond status, as follows: (a) if previously a Gold Member, has reached a total Spend of at least ₱25,000.00 during the immediately preceding Earning Period, or (b) if previously a Platinum Member, has reached a total Spend of at least ₱15,000.00 during the immediately preceding Earning Period.

Earning Period. The Earning Period of a Diamond Member begins on the date that the Member receives an official notice from BeautyMnl that the Member has been upgraded to Diamond status, and ends 12 months thereafter (unless otherwise shortened as set out below).

Maintaining Diamond Membership. If, at the end of the Earning Period, the Diamond Member's total Spend is at least ₱25,000.00, then the Diamond Member remains in the Diamond tier, and a new Earning Period will begin. The total Spends will be reset to zero, except that any Spend in excess of ₱25,000.00 during the Earning Period shall be carried over to the immediately succeeding Earning Period.

Downgrading to Platinum or Gold Membership. If, at the end of the Earning Period, the Diamond Member's total Spend is:

(a) at least ₱10,000.00 but less than ₱25,000.00, then the Diamond Member will be downgraded to the Platinum tier, and a new Earning Period will begin. The total Spends will be reset to zero, except that any Spend in excess of ₱10,000.00 during the Earning Period shall be carried over to the immediately succeeding Earning Period.

(b) less than ₱10,000.00, then the Diamond Member will be downgraded to the Gold tier. The total Spends will be reset to zero and a new Earning Period will begin.


Program Benefits

The Glow Points and Special Rewards (the "Benefits") discussed below are privileges granted to Members, in accordance with their respective membership tiers. The Benefits are granted at the discretion of BeautyMnl, may change or be withdrawn at any time, are not transferrable, and are not convertible to cash.

Any issue on the Member's Benefits must be communicated to BeautyMnl within 30 days from the date that the issue arose. BeautyMnl reserves the right to request the Member to submit supporting documentation in order to resolve the dispute. BeautyMnl and the Member shall strive to resolve any dispute in good faith and in an amicable manner. BeautyMnl's resolution on the issue shall be final and binding.


Glow Points

Regular Dates. Glow Points are awarded at the following rates:

1 Glow Point for every ₱100.00 Spend
Platinum Member
1 Glow Point for every ₱100.00 Spend
Diamond Member
2 Glow Points for every ₱100.00 Spend

Birthday Months. During the Member's birthday month, Glow Points are awarded at the following rates:

Gold Member
2 Glow Points for every ₱100.00 Spend
Platinum Member
2 Glow Points for every ₱100.00 Spend
Diamond Member
4 Glow Points for every ₱100.00 Spend

The Birthday Glow Points will be automatically applied to all Valid Transactions on the BeautyMnl website or BeautyMnl App that are made within the Birthday Treat Period.

The "Birthday Treat Period" begins on the 1st day of the Member's birth month, and ends 31 days thereafter.

If a Gold or Platinum Member upgrades to Diamond tier during the Birthday Treat Period, then the Member will be entitled to the Diamond birthday glow point rate beginning on the day of the upgrade until the end of the Birthday Treat Period.

Conversely, if a Diamond Member downgrades to Gold or Platinum tier during the Birthday Treat Period, then the birthday glow point rate of the Gold or Platinum tier will be applied beginning on the day of the downgrade until the end of the Birthday Treat Period.

Vesting. Glow Points will be awarded and recorded in the Member's account when the corresponding Valid Transaction has been completed (i.e., payment has been duly received by BeautyMnl, and the order has been delivered to and accepted by the Member).

For avoidance of doubt, Glow Points are awarded on final item prices, and will not be awarded for non-item payments such as taxes, delivery charges, and the like. For discounted items, the Glow Points will be based on the discounted price. No Glow Points will be awarded for free, sample, and promotional items.

BeautyMnl reserves the right to (i) revoke Glow Points if an order for which Points were earned, is refunded, (ii) revoke Glow Points where it has reasonable basis to believe, at its discretion, that Glow Points were earned through or in connection with any fraud, abuse of the platform, or violation of Program Terms (without prejudice to any other action that BeautyMnl may take against the Member, on the basis of applicable law and regulation), and (iii) declare certain items or transactions as ineligible to earn Glow Points.

Redemption. When recorded in the Member's account, Glow Points may be applied towards orders on the BeautyMnl website or BeautyMnl App, at the rate of 1 Glow Point = ₱1.00. BeautyMnl reserves the right to declare certain items or transactions as ineligible for application of Glow Points.

Expiration. Each Glow Point will expire within 24 months from the date of vesting.


Special Rewards for Platinum Members

When a Member is upgraded to Platinum status, the Member will receive a "free shipping" promotional code that may be used 4 times, at the Member's discretion. The promotional code will expire within 12 months from the date of receipt.

In addition, BeautyMnl may, at its discretion, give free promotional items (sample sizes) to the Platinum Member whenever the Platinum Member completes a Valid Transaction on the BeautyMnl website or BeautyMnl App.


Special Rewards for Diamond Members

When a Member is upgraded to Diamond status, the Member will receive a "free shipping" promotional code that may be used 4 times, at the Member's discretion. The promotional code will expire within 12 months from the date of receipt.

In addition, BeautyMnl may, at its discretion, give free promotional items (full sizes) to the Diamond Member whenever the Diamond Member completes a Valid Transaction on the BeautyMnl website or BeautyMnl App.

The free shipping promotional codes for Platinum and Diamond Members may be accumulated.


How To Track Spends and Glow Points

Spends. Members can view their Spends through a Spend Tracker on the BeautyMnl website or BeautyMnl App. A Spend shall only be recorded in the Member's account after the Valid Transaction has been completed (i.e., payment has been received by BeautyMnl, and the order has been delivered to and accepted by the Member).

Glow Points. BeautyMnl shall inform the Member, through electronic mail or similar means, whenever Glow Points are vested in the Member's account.

If the Member has reason to believe that the number of Glow Points in the Member's account is incorrect, the Member must report the issue to BeautyMnl [within 30 days from receipt of the notice], otherwise the number of Glow Points mentioned in the BeautyMnl notice shall be deemed final and correct.


Termination of Membership

Participation in the Program is a privilege granted to Members, and as such can be suspended, revoked, or terminated at any time by BeautyMnl, for any reason. Once membership is terminated, all Benefits of the Member will be forfeited immediately upon termination, without prejudice to any other action that may be undertaken by BeautyMnl against the Member, pursuant to applicable law and regulation. BeautyMnl reserves the right to prohibit or restrict a person from joining or rejoining the Program.


Program Changes and Termination

BeautyMnl reserves the right to change or terminate the Program, or any part or feature thereof, at any time without notice and without further obligations to Members. This includes, without limitation, modifications which: a) govern how, when, or at what rate Glow Points are earned or redeemed; or b) change the type, mode, number, and manner of vesting the Special Rewards. BeautyMnl also reserves the right to disallow the vesting, redemption, or use of Glow Points and Special Rewards altogether.

No Benefits will be earned or redeemed after the effective date of termination of the Program. Any and all changes and/or amendments to these Program Terms will become binding upon all Members immediately upon posting on the BeautyMnl website and/or BeautyMnl App.


Transfer of Rights

BeautyMnl's rights and obligations under the Program may be assigned or transferred by BeautyMnl to any other related or unrelated entity at any time, and performances shall be the responsibility of that entity.


Interpretation of Program Terms

All interpretations of these Program Terms will be at BeautyMnl's sole discretion and BeautyMnl's decisions will be final.


Disclaimer

The Program and/or any of its features may be unavailable, inaccurate or interrupted from time to time for a variety of reasons. BeautyMnl is not responsible for any unavailability, interruptions or errors of the Program or its features. BeautyMnl is not responsible for unauthorized use of Benefits. If a Member's account is closed or membership terminated, the Member will lose all Benefits.

BeautyMnl may from time to time request information from the Member to confirm identity before it will allow the vesting, use and enjoyment of Benefits. BeautyMnl may delay access to the Benefits until the Member complies with this information request.

The Program and all the information accessible through it are provided for information purposes only on an "as is" and "as available" basis. BeautyMnl does not make warranties, representations, or guarantees of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to, accuracy, currency, or completeness, the operation of the Program, the information, materials, content, availability, and products (including those that are granted to Members as Special Rewards). To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BeautyMnl disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
