Korean brand and local cult-fave Missha has been offering customers high-quality yet affordable products since they started purveying their items through Beauty.net in 2000. Realizing that cosmetics and skincare were no longer a luxury but a vital part of everyday, they decided to make it their goal to create premium products that were inexpensive but worked wonders for the skin. Today, they’ve launched a series of successful product lines for both men and women, and breached the international market, with stores in New York, Hong Kong, Australia, and Singapore.
I don't know if they've renewed the formula for this but I've tried it right after Missha launched it, and I vividly remember that I was so disappointed in this it quickly took the background of my makeup desk. It looked so cakey after a few hours, it felt like the product was just there on top of my skin, never blending in. This is the worst bb from Missha for me, considering that I used their gold wrinkle-filler bb for years.about 1 year ago
A friend gave this to me and sure enough, Missha's formulas are always the best. I've already tried the Matte BB Cushion of this brand and I loved it a LOT! I have combination skin and so far, out of all the BBs/CCs I've tried. I can always count on this brand to make sure my face never has a dull (skin) moment throughout the day. haha!! How can I describe its formula?? Well, the coverage is A+, doesn't cake or cling onto dry patches, blends perfectly, non-greasy and it doesn't give off the "heavy, cakey" feeling on the face unlike what other foundations have. It feels light on the face but take note, the coverage is thicker than that of a tinted moisturizer. It concealed my acne scars a little, probably just enough for me to just dot on a very small amount of concealer to completely cover it. I love how it also has a high SPF. This type of formula truly matches our humid weather here. So no need to worry about a face full of grease! Within 5-6 hours, that's the only time I blot my nose area. That's long enough already. Despite being in the beige shade, it still blended with my pale skin and didn't separate the color of my face from my neck. For reference, my shade in Missha is No. 21.over 1 year ago
This CC Cream Black from Missha was one of the very first CC creams that I have ever tried. I remember I got this right after I had the Chanel one and both were exceptionally good but with less coverage compared to BB creams. It made my skin appear more radiant.over 2 years ago
