I never expected to love this product as much as I do now. I've been wearing this everytime I go to work ever since I've gotten my hands on it. I bought the shade "Sorry Not Sorry", which is aptly named (because I've never been sorry at least once ever since I bought it), and it has completely become a staple in my everyday make-up kit. I liked wearing it alone when I was a bit darker but when my skin got fairer, I liked mixing it with cool-toned lippies because the shade I got is warm enough to make a perfectly balanced shade. So what are you waiting for? Get it now!over 1 year ago
I think this is the better lipstick as compared to 'Velvet Matte' by Pink Sugar too as the mechanism of twisting up the lipstick is much more sturdier. The color 'Sorry Not Sorry' is a nice flattering brown that complements natural-looking makeup. The lipstick glides on smoothly, just make sure to exfoliate your lips first.over 1 year ago
This one definitely brings out my color. In fact I can go out with just this lippie on and I’m photo ready. Hahaha. For me it’s also long-lasting. With pasta and iced tea, I only had to swipe a little on the middle lips for a retouch. I will definitely buy again and try the other shades. Plus it’s handy and easy to apply.over 1 year ago
This is one of the first lippies I bought and it easily became my go-to shade for the office. This brick red goes with any outfit but is by no means boring. It has a semi-matte formula and I usually reapply once, after lunchtime, and it lasts me until I logout. :)over 1 year ago
This lippie is so amazing. It REALLY delivers great color pay-off, sets completely matte and lasts for a fairly long time (unless you eat or drink too much). The shade is just gorgeous. So glad I got it at 50% off but I would re-purchase it for its regular price because it's every penny.over 2 years ago
It's Pink Sugar X Project Vanity's Sorry not Sorry shade from their These Lips Don't Lie collection. Sorry not Sorry is one of three lippies from this collection. I have another one, Just A Fling, which I already did a review of. So, these lippies are packaged as matte lip crayons. They are pretty similar to the lip crayons of Happy Skin in terms of formulation. They are both creamy and super moisturizing. They do not dry out my lips.
The color is a warm brick-y brown, that reminds me of caramel. I love how versatile this color is. It can be definitely worn everyday because it's not a brown that's really dark nor is attention grabbing. It has this nude kind of effect. With the right makeup and attitude, you can use this color for a night out.
It did not have a completely matte finish. If I were to describe it, it's more of a satiny, creamy matte finish. I mean the matteness is there minus the drying effect. It lasted me an entire morning of clinic duty but it disappeared when I ate lunch. So it can definitely stay for a good 4 hours just as long as you don't eat or drink anything. But in case you do, re-applying it is no biggie. The crayon packaging helps with a more precise application.
I said before that these lippies are similar to Happy Skin's. But they are way cheaper than Happy Skin. At only P399 per lippie, this will certainly be a good alternative for girls on a budget. 😉
These bolder-than-nude hues are surprisingly wearable.
