Exceeded my expectations!

I love everything about this lipstick!!! First off, the color and finish are exactly what I was hoping for - it's a nice warm brown in a matte finish. It has a little but of an orange tint to it when I apply it to my lips, and I just really love the warmth (and vampiness!) this brings to my face. It lasts about 3 to 4 hours, and the color on the middle part of my bottom lip does come off whenever I eat. But this is still great because I only need to touch up that part and then I'm good to go again. I'll definitely repurchase this, or maybe a different color! Try it if you still haven't gotten over the brown lippie phase!

Super creamy and comfortable!

This lipstick is sooo creamy and nice. It's a very warm red-toned brown which I think is a breath of fresh air from all the brown lipsticks that are more grey-toned and gloomy, which in my opinion have the tendency of making you look washed out - and this doesn't do that. It's very long-lasting for something that isn't a liquid lipstick, and pretty matte too, though do take note that it still transfers. Not drying at all and it's super comfortable. None of it came off after I ate, which is already super impressive, but you'll probably have to reapply if you're eating more than one meal!

One of my favorite brown lipsticks from a local brand

Brown lipsticks are everywhere and this one's not an exception. I say it's one of my favorites because I love its matte formula - it has a bit of a tugging feel but I don't mind that since that means it's what it claims to be. The color is a flattering shade for all skin tones and I love how it looks on me. Will definitely get more shades, since not only do I love the color and formula, I also love the blogger behind this collaboration. Love yew Liz L! <3

My new favorite lippie 😍😍😍

I was so impressed by the staying power of this lipstick that I had to write a review as soon as I got it! The color looks way better in person than the swatches online. On me it looks like a coppery brown shade with just a hint of orange. I have several lipsticks in rotation and this one is my current favorite. Unlike the rest of my gloomy browns, this one looks happy haha 😁

Nothing like what I have

I was pretty excited knowing that the project vanity x ping sugar lipsticks were on sale, so immediately checked out what colors are available. I like brown lipsticks and I wanted my first purchase from Pink Sugar to be a brownish lipstick. I checked reviews and swatches online, and what led me to choose this is that two of the blogs I've read said that this is a unique shade, and was one of their favorites. When I got it, I tried it on and I love it so much! It really looked good on my skin tone, and the application was smooth. I compared it with my two other brown lipsticks, one is Maybelline Nude Nuance and Detail Liquid Lipstick in Loth; and Sorry Not Sorry really stood out among them because it was warmer, and had less pink/red in it. It's description from project vanity is an update of the brown lipstick trend, and I think it holds true to its claim.
