Brow mascaras, browcaras for short are the quickest way to groom and tame brow hair strands. They create a natural finish because this coats the hairs with color and depth. I like using this by itself for a quick brow fix or as a topper for a more serious event that needs heavier makeup :)8 months ago
This is an "okay product" for me. It's not terrible but at the same time, I don't see myself repurchasing this. When you use this brow mascara, make sure you scrape off the excess product from the brush/spoolie so you get just the right amount. The shade "Choco Brown" is quite nice for dark-haired girls like me. It IS long lasting and doesn't look shiny like some that I've tried so my brows looked natural.8 months ago
The trick to using brow mascaras like this one, is to use as little product as possible and build up the desired intensity from there. Choco brown is the shade for me and it looks better when using a light hand. For best results, I use the mascara, let it dry, and apply powder on the sparse areas. My eyebrows lasts till the end of the day when I do this.8 months ago
I've been eyeing eyebrow gels lately, and grabbed this as soon as I saw it on sale. However, I have to be honest though, when I first applied it (after filling my brows using an eyebrow palette), it looked horrible. My eyebrows looked feathery and drawn from afar, and the color was too brown for my naturally-hazelnut-brown hair. I had no time to redo my eyebrows since I was in a hurry, so I did my best to blot the excess and apply concealer on the edges. I kept it that way the entire day I was in class. When I came back home, I was surprised to see that my eyebrows still looked filled, and the browness from the gel faded. So maybe the key to applying this would be to do it as minimal as possible? Because it sure does help with keeping your eyebrows at bay, but the first application may not look that good tbh. It's still worth staying in my to-go pouch, until I find a better one. Probably a clear one?11 months ago
