Bad

I usually like Detail products, but this is a miss for me. This product clumps easily and doesn't apply smoothly. It takes me a long time to smooth it out on my eyelids. It also dries up fast, so it won't come out of the tiny opening. I had to cut the top off the tube so that I could get the cream.

Expected a lot...

I've used this for almost a month and all I have to say was, you get what you paid for. It is so hard to get it out of the tube and the formula was too sticky. I also had a hard time to spread it out or blend it as it is too lumpy. Well, the good thing about it was it really brings out the color of the eyeshadow but the way I used it and how I applied it was just... kinda disappointing.

Meh.. :/

So disappointed I bought this coz i was able to use it once. Firstly, the consistency was so creamy/sticky and so it was really hard to blend... which made me remove it and apply it one more time. Not overly satisfied even though I was able to put on my eyeshadow and lasted for hours. Willing to give it a chance after a week, but product dried up. Cheap but I guess this is not for me.

Not primed for me

The Detail eye primer formulation seemed too thick to be an eye primer, and felt more like a concealer. The product came out in thick strings from the tube and I had to mix in some of my VMV moisturizer just so I could apply it on my eye lids without caking. It just didn't work for me.

I'd rather just use concealer tbh

I took a chance on this product hoping that I would find a good working primer for a good price. Sadly, I was disappointed. Yes, this primer does make eyeshadow look more pigmented and it does make it last longer. My problem with the product is its consistency. It is extremely sticky; like putting partially dried paste on your eyelids. It's super hard to spread out evenly. What's even worse is that it is hard to apply eyeshadow on top of.

Wet chalk

The only good thing about this product is the packaging. The product itself is like working with a wet chalk. I tried 1.)moist brush 2.) fingers 3.) mixing with a bit of moisturizer but nothing works. As in even if you use the tiniest amount of product and blend it immediately it still looks like you have a caked up chalk on your lids. I also tried putting eyeshadow over it but since this primer doesn’t blend easily my shadow looked uneven also. Now I know why this product is cheap
