Preferred over the Banila Co Clean It Zero
I have tried cleansing oils and balms so I'll compare my experience with this product. I really like this. The new packaging is really convenient compared to the screw-top lid. There's also a separator that I keep with the spatula away from the product which keeps it sanitary. The overall packaging is better for me compared to the Banila Co. where I lost the spatula because I didn't have a place for it. This has a scent compared to that one. I'm not really sensitive to scents and don't really mind it, it's very pleasant and adds a spa-like experience when you're massaging your face. For the performance, it does the job of taking off heavy, waterproof make-up, it's easy to dissolve with water and leaves your skin clean and doesn't over strip it. It's comparable with how the Banila Co performs. So for me, if I had to pick a cleansing balm, I feel like this is my preferred option because of the packaging and the price. Also, if you're travelling, balms are much better compared to cleansing oils because you't worry about spillage though it's bulky. I also like this balms because you don't need any extra items like cotton pads to get rid of your make-up like the traditional makeup removers. This melts make-up off with just water, it turns into a milky emulsion and keeps your skin hydrated but clean.
