I had my teeth whitened by a dentist and I use this for maintenance. 3x a week to a month. This works to whiten the teeth. If you can't bear the taste of hydrogen peroxide (like the crest white strips), you might like this one better because it's minty. The downside of the latter is that it stimulates saliva. So you have to spit out several times for the whole hour duration. The strip doesn't stick as well as the Crest one but it's not like it'll move around. All in all, I like it.
