“Holds the curl forever. Can be hard to remove with just water but I use regular drug store waterproof makeup remover and it’s wiped off easily.”

HOW TO USE
1. Curl your eyelashes using an eyelash curler.
2. Use before applying mascara. Apply evenly from the roots of your eyelashes to the tip.
3. Apply your usual go-to mascara after the base has dried up.
4. To remove, soak with warm water or you can also use Heroine Make Speedy Mascara Remover.
5. After soaking in warm water for a few seconds, gently wash off with your usual facial wash.
