HOW TO USE
• Can be consumed on its own, as an ingredient for recipes, or substituted for rice.
• RINSE the ½ cup of quinoa in cold water and drain.
• COOK in a covered pot with 1 cup of water over high heat. Bring to a boil and decrease heat to maintain a simmer. Cook until quinoa has absorbed all the water (around 10 – 20 minutes).
• REST by removing the pot from the heat and leaving it covered for about 5 minutes.
• FLUFF with a fork and enjoy your quinoa!
