“So you want a detox? Be prepared to detox. Be prepared that by day three within 10 to 15 minutes of eating or drinking anything…you will be in the restroom. So, I would highly recommend taking these during a vacation or some type of time off from work unless you work at a place where you can go to the bathroom every time you eat or drink. As a teacher I have to take these during holiday breaks or Spring Breaks times like that because I cannot run to the bathroom 15 minutes after I drink water. But it is the real deal, it really does work. Day 5 is a mkr and by the end of the seven days you definitely feel lighter brighter and cleaned out completely!)”

HOW TO USE
• Take 1 serving (3 capsules) with food and at least 8 oz. of water once daily before bed.
• If desired effects are achieved while assessing your tolerance with 2 capsules, maintain that dose.
