HOW TO USE
• Breast milk should be defrosted in the fridge overnight. However, if milk is needed sooner, defrost it by placing the bag in warm water or under warm running water. Fat will rise to the top of the breast milk. Gently swirling the bag will mix the separated milk. Thawed milk can be stored in a fridge for up to 24 hours.
• When ready to use, open the seal or cut off the top corner with a clean pair of scissors and pour into a sterilized feeding bottle.
• Remember to always check the temperature of the milk before feeding your baby. Discard any unused milk.
• Each storage bag is pre-sterilized until opened.
