HOW TO USE
1. Make sure the batteries are properly seated inside the BeChancee Pet Talking Buttons Ph.
2. Toggle the RECORD switch, press the button and wait for the beep. After the beep, say the word or command then release. You should hear two beeps after you release the button. It means that you have successfully recorded the voice message.
3. Toggle the PLAY switch and press the button, you should be able to hear your recorded voice message.
