STEP 2: After removing from microwave, leave vent open while food is hot.
STEP 3: Close vent for storage after cooling.
After freezing:
Let the storer rest for a few minutes or run water over it before removing the lid, as freezing makes the lid stiff and difficult to remove.
To steam:
If steaming, add water to the base and monitor water level during steaming, topping up with water as required.
