A soy sauce with a hint of sweetness

HOW TO USE

Recipe Recommendation: Sauteed Green Chili with Chicken Fillet

Ingredients:
Chicken legs 454g, Long Green chili 2 pcs, Sliced ginger 3 pcs, Minced garlic 2 tsp

Marinade:
Amoy Sweet Soy Sauce 2 tsp, Amoy Gold Label Light Soy Sauce 1/2 tsp, Xiao Shing wine 1/2 tsp, Corn starch 2 tsp, Oil 1t sp

Seasoning:
Amoy Sweet Soy Sauce 1 tbsp

1. Trim off the chicken meat & cut into bite size. Stir in the marinade. Split the green chili into half & cut into bite size.
2. Heat with dash of oil, fry the chili for a while & remove from pan. Saute in the chicken meat until browned, toss in ginger & garlic.
3. Put the chili with the seasoning, cook until the sauce thickened, serve hot.

REMINDERS
Close the lid tightly and keep refrigerated after use.
