HOW TO USE
MATTE:
STEP 1: Apply product on center of lid, then blend out with finger or brush to work on the edges and blend into crease.
STEP 2: Can be used as a base with powder eye shadows layered on top.
METALLIC SHIMMER:
STEP 1: Apply product on center of lid, then blend out with finger, or brush to work on the edges and blend into crease for shimmer effect.
STEP 2: Use as a shimmer topper over the matte formula or over any powder shadow.
STEP 3: Create a shimmery cut crease or highlight the inner corner of the eyes using an eye shadow brush.
