I have been using it on the go ever since I got it. This has been my go to lipstick on a daily basis and the shade is really pretty too! However it’s too pigmented for casual use since I always opt for a fresh natural look regularly but I found my way around it by using a lip brush to apply a thin layer on my lips instead of directly using its applicator. It’s not transfer proof, though. You have to let it dry and set on your lips before wearing a mask for mimimum transfer. Also not that long lasting since I also had to reapply everytime I finished eating even just light snacks or drinking beverages. Still a good lippie!
Ever since I started working from home full time, I’ve deprioritized using heavy-duty, long-wearing liquid lipsticks just because I rarely need anything to stay on all day. But I was curious to try this Airy Matte Tint because it’s supposed to have the matte finish and color pay-off of a liquid lippie while still being really lightweight and “airy,” as the name suggests. I got the shade Terracotta—all of the shades in this line are on the warm-brown, brick-red end of the color spectrum, which I find to be very flattering on my skin tone. It’s a lovely almost-neutral shade that’s great if you want to experiment with browns but don’t want to look washed-out. Right off the bat, I loved the texture: it’s *very* velvety and smooth to apply. I usually prep my lips with lip balm first then apply a few swipes of this and it sets pretty fast. It feels like I have nothing on and it doesn’t have any shine to it. It’s really matte and makes my lips look extra full and well-defined without any lip liner needed, though it does emphasize the lines on my lips a little more because it's just that matte. It stays on through drinks, but I noticed that it does tend to fade when I eat something greasy or if my food touches the center of my lips a lot. It tends to fade patchily too, so reapplication is a must. So it’s not 100% budge-proof during meals, but one upside is that it barely transfers onto glasses, cups, or even the back of my hand when I test it out.
This airy matte tint is not the greatest product right now, but it is alright; it does its job, and I love the pigment. I love this particular color, "maple," since I also put this on my cheeks, and it is an excellent neutral blush color.
People are sleeping on this product, i haven't seen a lot of reviews for this one. This is a very good lippie and the texture is super blendable and looks very good on both lips and cheeks. I also put this on my lids sometimes and it looks good, too.
