“I’ve had this case since January 2021 and has been nothing short of amazing!!! The only complaint I have is that with it being waterproof and fully encapsulated it does muffle the sound on phone calls and when playing music with out being connected to a Bluetooth device. Once you get used to the sound decrease needed so it doesn’t sound muffled as bad, it’s overall an amazing value for what you’re purchasing!!!”

• After major drops, inspect case for any damage and ensure all seams are closed.
