”The product description promises that this toner takes care of sebum. It does exactly that. This is amazing if you have oily skin. It definitely helped to control my sebum throughout the day, but it doesn’t strip the skin. It has fragrance in it but it isn’t overbearing. It’s a nice subtle smell. I would definitely buy this again (I mean I technically already have.) and I highly recommend this toner for people who have oily skin.”

HOW TO USE:
1. After cleansing, apply a moderate amount of toner and spread evenly on the skin.
2. Pat gently for better absorption.
3. For extra care, soak a cotton pad with the toner and keep it in the fridge. Then, place it on the desired areas of the face such as areas with enlarged pores.
