Step 2: Step on the body scale without shoes or socks, ensuring that your bare feet are touching all 4 sensors.
Step 4: On the Homepage of the App, in the”Body Composition” section, click on the “Start Body Analysis” button.
Step 5: Once the measurement is done, your body composition will appear on your App.
The device uses BIA (Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis) technology. When you stand on the body scale, a painless low-level alternating electrical current will travel through your body. It is safe for most people except:
• Pregnant women
• Patients undergoing artificial dialysis treatment
