HOW TO USE
STEP 1: Choose the blend you like the most, preferably a high-quality selection.
STEP 2: If you decide to use coffee beans, grind them at the right size: not too coarse (or water will flow too fast) and not too fine (or water will not flow).
STEP 3: Insert the “crema perfetta” filter for ground coffee in the filter-holder.
STEP 4: Input 1-1.5 servings for a single espresso or 2 for 2 cups using the ground coffee doser.
STEP 5: Lightly press with the back of the ground coffee doser. It is not necessary to press too much, as the pressurized filter-holder has a system optimized to brew a perfect espresso anytime.
STEP 6: Remove any coffee residue from the edges of the filter-holder.
STEP 7: Turn the pressurized filter-holder from left to right until it locks into place. Release the pressurized filter-holder grip. The handle will turn slightly to the left. This movement guarantees optimum filter-holder performance.
STEP 8: Rotate the central knob to the left to brew an espresso.
STEP 9: When you get the desired in-cup quantity, move the knob to the steady position to stop the brewing.
