1. Add product formula in the bottle as you normally do, filling it ideally up to the brim.
2. Tap the bottle to settle the product formula, and make sure no air is trapped inside the bottle.
3. If you have excess space, please make sure the bottle is at least 4/5th full of the product formula, then press down the pump and feel the air being pumped out from the spray.
4. You may only close the bottle when the top of the product formula touches the tip of the pump. The smooth flow of the formula will then be pumped out.
To refill: 1. Use a thin stick to push down the inner disk (now on top of the bottle as you finish pumping out all liquid) down the bottom of the bottle or the desired portion, and then repeat steps above.
