How to Use:
• To identify the perfect jump rope length for your body, lightly step on the cable from the floor.
• Pull the handles, holding them up to your underarm level.
• Cut the cable to that length with pliers, leaving a small allowance for the screws.
• Tighten the screws to a few centimeters from the edge. Coil cable properly.
• Secure with a band to avoid kinks.
• To avoid cable damages, avoid using on rough surfaces, such as concrete and asphalt. Ideally, use on smooth hardwood, vinyl, and rubber floor surfaces.
