HOW TO USE
• Side 1 (Foam Tip): Twist cap to open. Dab the foam tip inside the cap to get powder pigment.
• Side 2 (Pen Tip): Pull cap to open. Twist pen clockwise to use and counter-clockwise to retract.
• Draw eyebrows using the rectangular pencil and fill the bold areas with powder for that perfect brows, quick and easy!
