How to Use:
• Avoid direct, long-term sun exposure. Store in a cool, dark place. Roll before storage. Do not fold. Clean regularly.

Cleaning instructions: After every workout session, mix room temperature water and mild dishwashing soap. Spray on yoga mat and gently wipe with a clean cloth. For general cleaning, gently place the mat in a tub filled with water and a small amount of mild detergent. Lightly scrub with a cloth and rinse. Roll the mat onto a large tower to absorb excess water. Let it air dry in the shade, avoiding sun exposure.
