Been using this for a few days and it’s really useful because you can easily adjust the size without it slipping. I also love how its like a belt so it’s handy to bring with you. You can easily fold it up and slip it into the complimentary pouch and throw it into any bag. I really ove design as well and big bonus that it feels very durable. In terms of versatility, I can see using this for different workouts but ive mostly been using it for squats and donkey kicks. Great adjustable resistance! Would have given it 5 stars but it has a very pungent smell coming off of it. Very similar to the scent of glue but I suppose it will dissipate with time. All in all, it would have been a 5 out of 5 for me!
