RCMA

The Research Council of Makeup Artists, or RCMA for short, was founded by renowned make-up artist Vincent JR Kehoe in 1962. Kehoe wanted to create a line of products that would stand up to the tests of professional makeup artistry and not melt away under the bright lights of showbiz. Over 50 years later, RCMA’s signature Color Process Foundation has reached holy grail status among beauty buffs, and their other impressive products aren’t far behind.

Go-to powder!

This translucent powder does its job! It has no flashback. It makes the base smoother and matte-r. It’s not chunky. It doesn’t grab onto texture and dry patches. I recommend this to everyone, even to professional makeup artists. I love it, and i’ll probably repurchase once I finish the bottle. I just wish it came in a more convenient packaging. Nonetheless, it’s impressive.

The dupe of your favorite loose powder!

I used this for years and it literally stays the whole day unless you are super oily. The powder is very fine almost buttery. It’s affordable compared to other famous brands of loose powders and the amount is very generous. Definitely worth the purchase! It could really last for months or even years even if you use it everyday.

So-so

I bought this after seeing it so much on YT being used by MUA or beauty gurus. It seems like a pretty solid product that is priced right. My 1st thought was - how do I dispense this? They must have thought this through but failing using the original bottle as a dispenser too, I moved some product to a powder case with holes. It's just better this way. 2nd thought after application - ohehmgee, I thought it says no color powder - why am I so white?? Maybe it's for Caucasian women?? It "disappears" into your skin after a while but for controlling oil in between make-up steps, I prefer the Innisfree no sebum mineral power.

So-So

This product is best used in setting make-up. It does not give much coverage when applied alone. This, too, does not help much with oil control. The packaging is quite a hassle specially when using make up tools for application. Yet, I'm giving this a 3.5 for the hype's benefit of the doubt.

Stays in your face for the whole day.

I have always looked for a powder that only needed minimal retouches as my work requires client meetings almost everyday. The powder really stays in your face and doesn’t get oily like all the other brands I’ve used. I’m still using the item now and the best part about it is it’s super affordable.

RCMA Setting Powder

I'd tried a lot of powder some of them on the costly side but this one I prefer most. The no color scheme works very well for me as I dislike it when powder gave me the "sinubsub sa harina" look. It's lightweight so it doesnt clogged my pores or causes breakout. What I dont like in this, is the packaging. I had to buy a powder case and used this one for toothpick =)
