Start rolling from the center, moving outwards. Use the large roller for your cheeks, jaw, and forehead area. Glide the small roller around your more delicate eye and mouth area.
• Gua sha:
Clean your face and gua sha tool thoroughly before use.
Prep your skin. Spritz on a face mist and apply facial oil, spreading evenly across your face.
Start gliding your gua sha over your skin. Lightly massage your face and neck in an upward and outward motion, starting from your neck area and moving up towards your chin. From there, move along to your cheeks and towards your eye area. Glide gua sha 3 to 5 times per area and repeat on the other side of your face.
Skin tip: For an extra soothing effect, store your crystal tools in the refrigerator before use to keep them cool.
