How to Use:
USING THE ROLLER
STEP 1: Prep your skin. Wash your face and apply your favorite serum or moisturizer to your skin.
STEP 2: Start rolling! Start at your neck or clavicle and roll upwards towards the base of your chin and jawline with gentle pressure. Move to your face. Start at the chin, and roll horizontally out to the hairline. Move up to the nose, and roll from the corner of the nose out towards the ears. Use the small end of the jade roller, and place it in the inner corner of the eye. Roll out toward the temples. Place the roller on the eyebrows, and roll horizontally, ending at the temples. Roll from the eyebrows upwards to the hairline, moving across the forehead. Finish by rolling the middle of the forehead horizontally out towards the temples.
STEP 3: Clean the roller. If you used your roller to apply moisturizer or serums, clean your roller with gentle soap or baby shampoo. Roll it out on a towel to make sure it is dry before keeping it in the box.
USING THE GUA SHA
STEP 1: Prep your skin. Wash your face and apply your favorite serum or moisturizer to your skin.
STEP 2: Start massaging! You should always keep the tool as flat as possible to your body, not perpendicular. Your pressure should be light to medium, and your speed should be slow, with intention.
STEP 3: Clean Your Gua Sha Tool with warm soapy water.
