This is a good alternative to soap which will make you feel squeaky clean afterwards. This is very drying on my skin though so I mix this with a carrier oil and a few drops of essential oil. My only problem with this is the volume is too small and finishes within 2 weeks.7 months ago
I did my research on the castile soap's benefits and uses before purchasing it. I liked that it's unscented; however, it made me break out. :( Good thing, this is a great brush, sponge and bag cleaner. Not bad. A small amount goes a long way. But for my face? Definitely a no-no. Aside from the break-outs, I didn't like the after-feel and how my face had become more oily after using.over 1 year ago
I wanted to like this because of all the hype about castille soaps. However, i found that it was rather drying on the skin and left me feeling slightly itchy. It might be good as an all purpose cleaner or hand soap, but i'm definitely not a fan of it for use as a body wash or god forbid, a face wash and shampoo. However, if you want to go minimalist, this could be a great travel soap!almost 3 years ago
I don't really care much for it because it's natural scent doesn't really work for me. I got this for my boyfriend who prefers Castille soap over regular soap (he even uses it for his hair -- which I must admit looks and feels good!) I tried it for a couple of weeks. It does a great job cleaning my skin but I always end up feeling that there's a thin layer of soap left on me. Maybe I'm just not used to liquid soap.about 3 years ago
The formulation is a bit runny so it spills a bit when I use it. But I'm still satisfied with the performance. I prefer the moisturizing formula though. But this one is a good all around product so I might still repurchase this. I wish this comes in a pump bottle for convenience.about 3 years ago
I bought this last December after trying the unscented moisturizing variant. This produces more suds and I apply this using a bath lily/puff. It's ok. It does a good job of cleansing the skin, but after consistent use since Dec of this and the other variant I don't feel it is any gentler on skin compared to regular soap bars/body washes, though it does rinse off easily. I don't think I'll repurchase this, even at the current discounted price which is only 1/3 of the price I paid before.about 3 years ago
