A versatile coffee brewer that makes the finest coffee, whichever way you like it

FEATURES
- Offers seamless transition between six functions you can choose from: stovetop espresso, french-press, and pour-over coffee, plus three additional configurations for cold brew and tea
- Has a volumetric dosing basecamp design that includes volume indentations that help you measure your preferred dose without a scale
- Keeps your coffee and tea hot and cold for longer with a stainless steel twin wall server
- Allows for a comfortable grip, with a cool-touch silicone handle coated with high-grade silicone
- Can be used anywhere, with a multi-functional boiler that works with gas, electric, and induction cooktops
- Easily fits V 02-style filter paper cones, with filters photo-etchedÑa highly specialized process to achieve an ultra-precise hole size

How to Use:
Step 1: Attach the jug to the basecamp and tighten to secure. Place filter cone on top of jug.

Step 2: Place the filter paper in the filter cone and rinse thoroughly with around 300ml of hot water. Remove the filter cone and tip out the water. Return filter cone onto jug, ensuring the paper is evenly placed.

Step 3: Place your desired coffee dose into the filter paper and start your timer. Pour just enough water to cover the grounds. The hot water will react with the fresh grounds and expand.

Step 4: Slowly add the remaining water, pouring in small circles over the center of the grounds, Try to add the water in one continuous pour, keeping the water level topped up until it has all been added. Be careful not to overfill.

Step 5: Once the filter has stopped dripping, the coffee is brewed. Remove the filter cone and replace with the server lid.

Note: When brewing, take care not to overfill the filter cone. Ensure the fill level is below the top rim of the cone (some filter papers may be taller than the Varia filter cone).
