This product completely changed my face! I have some scars from teenage acne that I've always been just miserable about. My sister told me to try this, and I am absolutely impressed. I look like a different person! I would recommend you start with a smaller needle. I started with the 0.5 one before I got this 0.75 one. If you are scared you can even try the smallest one. I've used this bigger one twice. You are only supposed to use this once every 4-6 weeks. You will literally see a difference overnight! I cleaned it with 99% isopropyl alcohol & also did my face, then rinsed with water. I followed the instructions exactly, going in different directions over the scarring on my cheeks about 7-10 times. Afterwards, I ONLY apply hyaluronic acid and moisturizer, then the next morning DON'T forget your SPF. I do not put any serums and definitely no chemical exfoliants, for at least 48 hours afterwards. It is worth the try!
