I initially thought this was all hype but I was proven wrong upon trying it. I’m not one to look forward to taking detox blends but Trizie was surprisingly palatable. It’s on the sweeter side and you can definitely taste the essence of apple in it. The powder sits on top of water and doesn’t dissolve quickly so it’s best to blend the fibrous supplement to avoid clumping. I drink this at night since it takes about 6-8 hours to take effect. Come sunrise, the first order of business I usually have to take care of is flushing out all the toxins from my body. It helps regularize my bowels and it manages bloating too. It makes me feel less heavy and more refreshed. Overall, Trizie tastes good and delivers its promised results. Doing a monthly cleanse feels less of a chore because of it.
