“I have struggled to like green tea despite knowing its health benefits. Decided to try TeaPigs as I love their breakfast white tea. First 2 cups… not a fan - really bitter! But then I read about water temperature. Revelation! After kettle has boiled, I pour the water into a china mug and leave it for 4 minutes. After 4 minutes I add the t-bag and leave for 3 minutes. This makes a perfect and really nice cup of green tea…. lovely mellow flavor and NOT bitter if made like this.”
