• Hold your baby close to your body, at a slight incline with your baby’s head at a higher level than his/her body.
• Test the flow of formula or breast milk by holding the bottle upside down.
• When the liquid drips steadily but doesn’t pour out completely, your it is ready for feeding your baby.
• Place the bottle nipple near your baby’s mouth.
• Your baby will open his/her mouth and begin to suck the milk.
• When he/she stops sucking, remove the bottle and gently try burping your baby.
• Re-feed your little one as needed.
