Aromatically: Use in a variety of ways
• Essential oil diffuser or an oil burner: Gently fills your space with the aroma and the healing benefits of the essential oils.
• Steam inhalation: Boil water and pour into a bowl, add 2 to 4 drops of the essential oil blend to the water and mindfully inhale the steam.
• Simply inhale: Smell directly from the bottle. You can also put 1 to 2 drops to your palms, rub your palms together, then bring your palms to your face and inhale deeply. Take 5 minutes to breathe and ground yourself.
Topically: Place 1 to 2 drops on palms, feet, and pulse points; dilute with a carrier oil.
