• Always start with the lowest number of drops and increase slowly as desired.
• Add 4-7 drops to a bowl of steaming water or a facial steamer and breathe deeply for 5-10 minutes.
• To use as a massage oil, add 2 drops to 20ml of carrier oil.
• Keep away from direct sunlight, as essential oil will become toxic when exposed to sunlight.
• For local application, add 1 drop to 10ml of carrier oil.
• For diffusing, add 10-15 drops to your diffuser.
