• To prep your lips, smooth with an exfoliant and apply a touch of concealer.
• Apply lipstick, starting in the middle of your bottom lip and transferring color onto your lips with your index finger, working outwards to either edge.
• Repeat on your top lip. Build opacity in layers, using a finger to press and roll color onto your lips.
• To further define and enhance the lipstick’s staying power, use with PermaGel Ultra Lip Pencil.
