1. Flatten the mask to ensure that the lighter side is facing inward (back side) and the side with a metal strip is facing up (upper side). Hang the ear loops on the ears and adjust the ear loops to feel as comfortable as possible.
2. Press the metal strip on both sides of the bridge of the nose with both hands, so that the upper end of the mask is flattened closely.
3. Stretch the mask down to eliminate folds and to cover the nose and mouth.
