Was really excited to get this but when it arrived, the Jade Roller was broken. The package didn't provide enough cushion to support the Jade Roller, so I'm not surprised it's broken. Fortunately, the Gua Sha was perfectly fine. I think people who don't live outside Manila can get this bec chances of the Jade Roller breaking would be smaller, buuuutttt... they need to improve the packaging. edit: After contacting customer support, they've been able to help me sort the issue about the broken Jade Roller. Sad to say, I declined to have a replacement since the original package of the Jade Roller was not enough to protect it from breaking. Honestly, I do think this would've been a great product to use but the packaging definitely needs improvement.
