1. Wash hands before preparing your child’s food. Make sure all utensils are thoroughly clean.
   
   
2. Boil clean drinking water for 5 minutes. Allow to cool. Measure 150mL and pour lukewarm water into child’s bowl.
   
   
3. Add 50 grams or 5 level tablespoons of Cerelac.
   
   
4. Stir until the cereal is smooth and feed immediately using a clean spoon.
   
   
5. Consult feeding table, pour exact amount of lukewarm water into the bottle.
   
   
6. Consult feeding table, add exact number of level scoops for age of baby.
   
   
7. Cap bottle and shake well until the powder is fully dissolved.
   
   
8. After each use, the tag should be closed tightly and stored in a cool, dry place. Must be used within 3 weeks after opening.
