Side by side comparison of both Anessa sunscreens: Pink vs Gold
PINK
- no eye sting even when applied on eyelids
- light lotion texture, more "oily" but dries down to a smooth velvety finish
- takes about a minute longer to dry
- allows smooth makeup application over sunscreen
- no makeup clumping after 8 hours of wear
GOLD (BLUE CAP)
- stings my eyes when applied on eyelids, makes me tear up throughout the day and ruins my eye makeup
- light, non-oily lotion texture
- dries fast with a smooth velvety finish
- allows smooth makeup application over sunscreen
- no makeup clumping after 8 hours of wear
Overall, both are still really good sunscreens.
Anessa is still the best sunscreen (hands down) under makeup for me.
This has got to be my favorite sunscreen of all time . There's nothing wrong with this product from packaging ,formula and effects. I only bought this once though because it's so expensive for what it gives . But if you have the budget i suggest you splurge and invest on these.
