“I’m in love with the Dr. Belmeur line. Especially when I start to get breakouts this is my go to toner. It is water based and has Chaga Mushroom and Citrus Extract. This toner is also Alcohol free and helps to get rid of blemishes caused by breakouts. I will recommend this toner to someone with oily/ combination skin that concern is the breakouts or want to control their oil.”

How to Use:
• After washing face, dispense an appropriate amount on a cotton pad and gently apply to skin using a wiping motion.
