Soak 1 tsp. of Chia Seeds in your choice of liquid (such as water, coconut water, nut milk, or juice) for five minutes to give seeds time to adjust to a gel-like consistency.
You may also mix in Chia Seeds to your smoothies after blending for a thicker consistency. For Chia Pudding, soak 1/4 cup of Chia in 1 cup of water or dairy-free milk for 5 hours.
