I bought this because it's cheaper than the Fenugreek capsules I used to buy for my husband. I decided to have some, too, and added some to my coffee. I hated the smell. It also doesn't dissolve very well and settles at the bottom. You have to stir your drink well before taking a gulp. I will go back to the capsules because of the smell.

I love love love this fenugreek powder... really helped me with my menstruation. I feel less crampy, and i dont take pain meds anymore.. kasi i cramped like crazy whenever i have my period. I just brew it with lemon or calamansi, bec its really pungent on its own. Then i read somewhere that its good for hairfall, so i tried... and it worked wonders!! Andami ko hairfall, and i made a fenugreek water concuction that i spray sa hair ko.. leave it the whole day, then wash my hair after-- nabawasan talaga ang hairfall ko :) will try making fenugreek mixed with castor oil para mas potent.. no more hairfall na talaga :)
