Clean nails with enclosed prep pad (or cotton with alcohol). Choose appropriate nail tip for each nail (nail size and preferred design). File top surface of your natural nails for a few seconds (to prep surface). Wipe nails with prep pad (or cotton with alcohol). Remove sticker backing of nail tips and press on each nail tip firmly.

TIP: To ensure the adhesive sets properly, avoid washing your hands or getting you nails wet for a few hours after application.

To remove, apply a little bit of cuticle oil (or baby oil) around the sides and gently lift the edges off with the wooden stick included in the set. Since there is no glue, your nails will be free of damage.
