To dispense milk from the bag, slide the ziplocks, gently squeeze the two sides of the storage bags and pour the milk into the bottle.
Always label storage bags before filling. Do not overfill storage bags. Do not reuse storage bags. Lay flat in freezer to save space. Do not heat in microwave.
