Good for my husband's gastritis

We used to buy Psyllium to aid my husband's stomach problem, but he never really liked its taste. So we decided to try Chia Seeds by Raw Bites, my mom bought this for my husband here in Beauty MNL. We prepare the Chia Seeds at night and mix it with water, then put it inside the fridge. In the morning, it turns to a jelly like ready-to-eat healthy food. My husband loves it because it doesn't have any after taste, also it's a big help for his constipation. He also no longer feels any stomach pain cause by his gastritis. I also eat this and mix it everytime i bake cookies and brownies. Thanks to this miracle seed.

Well, its my first time to try chia seeds and it's good, for me. And it really make me feel full and kinda aid my digestion. Try this out and if you want to aid ur constipation, or whatever problem with stomach i think this seed could help u. And well for its price it is worth it.

Love it

I add chia seeds to my smoothies or cereal. I love it. Although it doesn’t really taste like anything I like the fullness and best is that its so healthy for you. Everyone should definitely add this to their diets. I made chia Pudding before also but I prefer in smoothies and cereal. Inside liquids works best for me. Easy to swallow or drink!
