I’ve noticed that I have been getting weak and that it’s easy for me to catch viruses from other people. This is because I’ve been so lazy in drinking vitamins. But, since it’s the flu season (covid-19 scare), all of us are now germphobes. So, I decided to get back to drinking vitamins. Just in time, I saw this on sale. I didn’t hesitate and bought this right away. It’s not just vitamin C, it also has this other benefits like rosehip oil which i know is good for the skin and health. I’ve been drinking 2 tabs so that I get 1000mg. At this season, we really need to look after our health. I actually finished the bottle already and i’m getting another bottle soon hopefully when it’s on sale because this is a bit pricey.

I got this because it was on sale and it had added stuff that looked like they were useful for my body. I guess it works, because it seems like I have stronger resistance to cough and colds. And whenever I do feel like a cold is coming on, I take this twice daily to stop the coming colds.
