For Nutrition

I bought this, not for myself, but for my mom who has digestive issues - primarily for its health benefits. (She must take in little food only. So what I cannot get in volume, I get in nutrition.) I cook this with lucuma, salt, cinnamon, and one prune. It seems to agree with her (well, she has no choice really). But when I pour some Coconut Crunch flakes into her mug, all conversation ceases - she just chomps and chomps away contentedly.
