I use almond flour for my macaron and it tasted so good. It's not that fine in texture but you can use a sieve to get those finer texture and put on a food processor those bigger granules. But in my case i never use sieve for this brand because even if the macaron is not smooth in texture, the taste is still divine. And I don't need to food processor almonds anymore, atlet I can already purchase it already prepped.
i use it to make macaroons and it’s quite good. it’s just not super fine so i put it in a blender to make it super fine and it’s all good. you can taste the almond and it smells amazing. it also have a ziplock wish is helpful since you won’t need to put it in another container.
My sister likes to bake, and we like to do it keto and healthy! I bought this because of my craving for sweets. My sister tried to bake using this blanched almond flour but the goodies were too crumbly and there are still few big bits. I adviced her to grind them before using it but I don’t know. I guess it might be because we are new to keto and baking. I will try to use it again and search the web on what to do to avoid crumbly goodies. Would I buy this again? Not for now, maybe when my sister and I figure on how to work on it.
